Staff is great, but only one eye saw results (ha) while the other got worse. Scheduling is pretty inconvenient, and multiple times my scheduled time was canceled last second. Then, after two rounds of LASIK plus the aforementioned issues, and still having worse vision than when I started in my left eye, I received messages probably once or twice a week asking for a review. Great experience going here to get my SMILE corrective surgery done. Eye doc was very friendly and very straight forward with how things were gonna go and be. Im loving my improved vision.
I had SMILE surgery done by Dr. A in late 2022, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Dr. A is hilarious, and his staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The procedure itself was quick and smooth—5/5, would absolutely recommend!
I had the most amazing, very professional, personalized five star LASIK experience at Johns Creek location with Doctor Ashraf , who explained to me every step of my procedure and what to expect, making me feel at ease , though I was very nervous at the beginning.
