Staff is great, but only one eye saw results (ha) while the other got worse. Scheduling is pretty inconvenient, and multiple times my scheduled time was canceled last second. Then, after two rounds of LASIK plus the aforementioned issues, and still having worse vision than when I started in my left eye, I received messages probably once or twice a week asking for a review. I had SMILE surgery done by Dr. A in late 2022, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Dr. A is hilarious, and his staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The procedure itself was quick and smooth—5/5, would absolutely recommend!

I had the most amazing, very professional, personalized five star LASIK experience at Johns Creek location with Doctor Ashraf , who explained to me every step of my procedure and what to expect, making me feel at ease , though I was very nervous at the beginning. I live in California, and I researched around for a few months to find a doctor to correct my vision. After a lot of searching, I came across Atlanta Vision Institute. After speaking with them I decided to fly out for my appointment. He was very detailed and made sure I understood the process and allowed me to become comfortable with my decision. Dr. Ashraf and his staff (I interacted with various persons individually and can say something positive about each of them) are highly skilled and easy to work with. Starting even with calls to the front desk for scheduling, my experiences were pleasant and efficient. This is one of the rare places to have SMILE done and Dr. Ashraf is respected in the field.
