We used Atlantic Bay for our recent home loan, being recommended to them by our real estate agent. The pre-approval process was easy, and after we made the offer and got under contract, they were fast to send the document list to gather the necessary items for the loan. The folks there were very communicative during all phases of the loan straight through to closing and beyond!
