The absolute worst service I have ever received from ANY company. I have a business and have managed many within the last 10 years. I wasted 3 months and multiple (damaging) credit pulls from Karen Maxwell. She did NOT follow up with ANYTHING she claimed she was going to accomplish. I had to chase her down and for answers numerous times instead of her following up with me, I had to do HER job.. When I FINALLY got a hold of Karen, she was unprepared. Told me WRONG information. I recently had to refi my house due to divorce. I looked into several online companies to get the best rate, but they all “ghosted” me or did a hard sell. Karen and my Atlantic Bay team (Freida, Dawn, Jessica) gave me a fair rate and also didn’t get too concerned when I changed the mortgage amount midway through. Everything went smoothly and they are still helping me even though the loan has closed.
