I just called and the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude - interrupting and cutting me off within seconds of speaking. Then she tells me after cutting me off twice that they don’t do eye exams for contact lens wearers. The doctors here might be wonderful but because of this experience I can safely say I would never use them for anything. Treating brand new patients calling for information in this way is terrible business.

Good 1st time experience. Overall, very professional and welcoming and engaging from front office to out the door. Everyone very knowledgeable on their subject matter, easy to talk with and break down information and explain what it is that I need to know and understand.

My first visit as a new patient and I was highly impressed with Dr kostick and her staff. Very glad that I made the move to this office.

I have been going to this office for many many years. I’ve had severe eye issues many times and surgeries. Dr. Kostick and her staff have been dedicated, patient, wonderful and most of all talented and corrected all of my issues and my family’s. I greatly appreciated how she treated my elderly mother with dementia who was slowly going blind and my son who was born with an eye birth defect. I dont usually write reviews but this business definitely deserves a good one. The staff is excellent to work with. Deloris was very helpful and John one of the technicians is good at what he does and fun to talk with. Dr Kostick is great, very easy to talk with, no rushing and very knowledgeable but explains things in easy to understand English lol. Overall a great experience. Thanks everyone.
