Overall very positive experience. Communication was streamlined and a designated person worked with me in each step. Videos clarifying/ explaining the process were helpful. Response time to my questions and inquiries was suburb.Â
My experience with Atlantic was undesirable, Crystal Sullivan was the Mortgage Banker I dealt with. She was unprofessional, rude and needs to be trained on how to the professional ethics! I know for a fact the the realtor does not need to be privy to my credit score or history and she disclosed my personal information to the realtor and when I questioned her, she gave me a condescending apology. Instead she chose to be combative with me via email. I would never recommend this mortgage company to anyone!Â
