I stopped in on a Friday because I was told to check this place out while I was in town. Emmanuel did a wonderful job navigating my 4 different phone calls as I was totally turned around and wasn’t sure where I was or how to get in. We had such a fun and engaging tour. I didn’t feel rushed and he was genuinely excited to show me this beautiful property. I love all the modern features and designs. I have been living at Atlantic Park since October. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The property manager James, along with Emanuel, Cecil, and the entire staff are all very professional, responsible and always quick to respond. The building is absolutely amazing and the property is beautiful. I truly couldn’t ask for a better place to live. It feels safe, welcoming, and well cared for. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Highly recommend!
I am in the final stages of moving in this week. James and Emmanuel, and the entire team have been phenomenal with navigating the difficult waters of tenants moving in, while also in the final stages of construction. Despite all the craziness, they have assisted with escorting delivery drivers, delivering packages, and have been very responsive to any requests and questions I have had. Came home to visit over the holidays. Grew up around the area and wanted to see the addition to the neighborhood. Very impressed with the apartments and the top floor views. I can’t wait for all the shops to open. Emmanuel was especially awesome on the tour 10/10.
Really enjoying my apartment here so far! The building is clean, modern, and in a great location. My unit has tons of natural light and feels very cozy. The management team has also been super nice and helpful anytime I’ve needed something. Overall, a great place to live. highly recommend!
