I have lived at Atlantic Plumbing for over a year now. While it is very expensive, the amenities and support here are unmatched. Having the pool, the gym, and the workspaces has been really nice. The best part though is the staff. The leasing office staff has helped me through a ton and were very kind. The front desk people are almost always present and willing to help grab packages or let me back upstairs when I forget my key. First of all Veronica is a lifesaver. I am so grateful for her, her professionalism, her knowledge and her willingness to assist me on short notice. I've had the pleasure of living at Atlantic Plumbing for the last two years. My stay here has been great, with up-to-date amenities, well-maintained common areas and good neighbors. The staff has been such a great part of my stay too, including Veronica, Kaitlyn, Yannick, Asia and Chris! Always a smile and good conversation to be had and all my packages have been well taken care of. Would recommend this building to anyone wanting to live in a dynamic and fun neighborhood!
The best place to rent/live in Shaw. Bigger/better rooms than other buildings in the area. Open views rather than tight or limited. Big gym + rooftop spin/row room. The best door staff, who actually know the tenants and care about situations, even better office team who earnestly work to help you with any & all topics. Manager Veronica as well as Yannick, Chris & Asia are all-stars.
