I've been taking my dog here for nearly a year after she developed an immune-mediated anemia condition. Dr. Kakar Khanna has been great. She communicates clearly and is always willing to listen to questions and concerns. The techs are also great. Angela is usually the one that sees us. My pup has some separation anxiety issues and likes to make a bit of a scene when they have to take her in the back, but Angela is always good sport about it :)

We’ve recently been going to Dr. Kakar and staff at the Columbia location for chronic kidney disease and tricky gastric issues for my almost 15 year old puppy.
Everyone has been so incredible and patient with us. I have a ton of worried questions and am not an easy client, but they’ve worked with us and I’ve felt supported and like we’re in competent, trustworthy hands.

Cancel appointments last minute, don't always have staff available during office hours, paid for results interpretation but Dr never called back, office manager hung up on me when I begged for urgent test advice. Office manager lied and said never got calls or emails, when obviously those are in my call & email records. Had to call the ER and they spent 20 minutes trying to find someone even working during business hours to help. Terrible experience, the vets could not identify what was wrong with our cat after several days. The total bill was 10 thousand dollars. They did ultrasound and CT scans, they informed us the results would be in the next day and come to find out no results in. This place is just a scam all they want is profit. I do not recommend. Anything after 1 day get your pet out of there because they will just keep “testing” to find the cause and charging you outrageous amounts.
They call themselves specialists, had a horrible experience, spent $2200.00 to only repeat ultrasounds that I had previously with my personal vet. I was under the impression that my canine would be getting an ultrasound with a needle aspiration but they did a repeat ultrasound and bloodwork. Also when I had to pick up my dog we had to wait on the car, pay in the car then they brought her out, until this day no one from the office has called to check on her.
