Review after 9 months: I can honestly say that this is one of the few rental experiences that hasn’t been absolute hell. In fact, it’s actually been a pleasure living here! Sean and Michelle are patient, proactive, responsive, and empathetic. Atlas is in the IDEAL location to walk to all of downtown Durham’s attractions and is close enough to public transportation to access the best of the triangle area. I recently moved to Atlas, and Sean and Michelle went above and beyond to make my move seamless! They are so kind and willing to help in any way possible. The complex is always very clean and maintenance is prompt. Atlas is a great place to call home!

We loved her for a year and for us moving to durham for the first time and not knowing where to go this place is perfect. It’s conveniently located in an eccentric area of downtown durham. It is very quiet in the area and for it to be downtown there is not an absurd amount of foot traffic. The apartment itself has so many amenities that its hard ti keep track of. I love how colorful and vibrant this apartment building is. It’s filled with amazing art, including local art from the Durham Art Guild. There’s so many amazing coworking spaces and spaces to entertain guests. Sean was so kind and gave me an amazing tour of the apartment!
