He patiently addressed all my inquiries and accommodated my requests to view multiple units. Furthermore, the offer of two months' complimentary rent is a significant incentive. Sean's positive demeanor and helpfulness are certainly influencing my decision to consider residing here.
Review after 9 months: I can honestly say that this is one of the few rental experiences that hasn’t been absolute hell. In fact, it’s actually been a pleasure living here! Sean and Michelle are patient, proactive, responsive, and empathetic. Amazing Experience at Atlas Durham! I had an incredible experience moving into Atlas Durham, and a huge part of that was thanks to Michelle and Sean. I recently moved to Atlas, and Sean and Michelle went above and beyond to make my move seamless! They are so kind and willing to help in any way possible. The complex is always very clean and maintenance is prompt. Atlas is a great place to call home!
We did a self guided tour here today and it was by far the best and most informative one we have done in the area. Very easy to follow instructions with how to find the apartment and having all the information for frequent questions available was so great. We are looking forward to putting in our application here.
