my grandmother had a technician out to her home for her ac, she couldnt have the repairs made at that time due to the cost. He was very rude to my grandmother once he couldnt make the sale. Im not sure if they work off commission or what but he was very pushy and his attitude toward her changed when she asked him for the simplest fix instead of replacing just to get her by.
