MI was happy to find this storage. Both managers were wonderfu and friendly and when I was in trouble with my key they quickly came to my rescue. The location is convenient and there is plenty of space when you enter with the car. I will certainly put my stuff there again when I am back in Atwater. Thank you so much, Elena Marcus

I been here a couple years now and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. The facility is always clean, we have great gate hours and never have any problems accessing your unit. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs storage long term. Amy in the front office always had the best attitude and answers all my questions. Highly recommend speaking to Amy if you have any questions!

I wrote a previous review but I am not sure that it submitted correctly, hopefully it did but if not I’m writing another one. I had the best experience at Atwater Security storage. I called the office in a panic and was pleasantly greeted with an admin named Amy. She listened to all my needs and presented me with several different options that fit my situation. I just wanted to write and say how amazing my experience at Atwater Security Storage was. I called in a panic and spoke to a woman named Amy that listened to my needs & walked me through the best options. She made everything so easy and flawless. I paid & secured my storage unit within 20 minutes of speaking with her. This was such a breath of fresh air & I hope she knows how much she helped me that day. If I could give 10 stars I would! By not having people to have to give a 30 day notice when they’re ready to get their stuff out because that’s just the way for you storage people to make money or mess peoples credit up if they don’t do it I was ready to get my stuff out of storage at the end of March but she told me that I had to give a 30 day notice so I had to do another month for no reason don’t have anything in there. but I have to pay because I didn’t give a 30 day notice so I had to give a 30 day notice.
