I had a flat tire and Matt was great getting me in that day for service. I have always brought my Audis to hyannis for servicing ( ten plus years) and yes it is more expensive but I have always been treated with kindness and professionalism. Thanks to Matt and all of the crew.

I have serviced my Q7 here since I purchased new here in 2018. Matt and Olivia have handled all matters in a very timely, and professional manner. The service techs do great work, and always return a very clean vehicle. Entire facility is very clean and accommodating.

The dealership is very organized and efficient. They now text a movie of the technician who worked on your car. He explains what they did what they found and any follow up if needed. Matt my Service Consultant is great! He informed me of my options because my service contract is ending. He is honest, informative and helps me save money!
