I went in to get my vehicle serviced and Olivea was very helpful and was able to assist me with setting up myaudi app.
We worked with Rob Serdy who was a dream to work with while purchasing our new Q5 E. A warm and friendly guy who exudes confidence not hubris. He was totally knowledgeable and completely open to answering our questions. The car was purchased during the Pandemic. Rob did not make false promises on the delivery date to keep us happy. I would not hesitate to recommend him or the dealership.
Fantastic experience working with this dealership, specifically with Rob Serdy who was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, warm, and patient with all my questions. He was not pushy and, above all else, seemed interested in placing me in the right car. Business manager Paul Dumas also a pleasure to work with.
Very professional. I had an appointment to have service completed. They told me it would be completed in approx. 90 minutes. it was completed to my satisfaction before 90 min. Very nice waiting area.
