Rob was great. Called on a Friday with a brake problem and he had us in early Saturday morning. The work was done in a timely manner. No complaints at all

I had to travel over 2 hours for this service appointment but this is why I chose to purchase at Audi of Cape Cod. My loaner was ready, service was impeccable and people were very friendly and accomodating.

I was having some minor problems with my Q7 just prior to the holidays and Matt in the service dept was able to set up an appointment for right after Christmas with a loaner ,in case I needed it. The service dept was able to make the necessary adjustments and took time to survey areas that might have caused the problem. All is well.
