Maurene, the provider, was the most knowledgeable person about hearing and hearing aids I have ever heard. Her explanation about my Horizons was incredibly thorough. Very through and takes time to explain and adjust the hearing aids so they work well in multiple situations. Easy app and the hearing aids are very comfortable and not easily seen. Maureen Connon is very personable and pleasant
I’ve been to some hearing aids places before, that were mostly quick in quick out, just eager to sell you some expensive products. But this is a friendly and professional place that is very interested in you getting the correct aids just for you, without a heavy sales pitch. From the secretary to the hearing technicians, they were very friendly and helpful people.
Ms Connon has been extremely helpful in keeping my hearing aids software up to date and providing support for an excellent fit. I've used hearing aids for 10 yrs and these aids are the best I've encountered and customer service is the best.
