Maurene, the provider, was the most knowledgeable person about hearing and hearing aids I have ever heard. Her explanation about my Horizons was incredibly thorough. Her personality was great as well! Lastly, her assistant Vickie was great in keeping everything in order!

Very through and takes time to explain and adjust the hearing aids so they work well in multiple situations. Easy app and the hearing aids are very comfortable and not easily seen. Maureen Connon is very personable and pleasant
I’ve been to some hearing aids places before, that were mostly quick in quick out, just eager to sell you some expensive products. But this is a friendly and professional place that is very interested in you getting the correct aids just for you, without a heavy sales pitch. From the secretary to the hearing technicians, they were very friendly and helpful people.
