I was comfortable during the entire interview and audio examination. I was actively listened to and feedback and course of treatment was clear and helpful. This update concerns the appointment to set up my new hearing aids. Timely, professional, in depth but did not waste my time in any fashion. Left with enough information to use my new hearing aids from the get go. Had a follow up over the phone using the aids remote capability and had a reprogramming done on the spot to address an issue. AWESOME!! THEY EVEN LOVED MY MUSIC A LOT AND EVEN GOT MY CUSTOM SLEEP PLUGS TO MATCH MY ALBUM COVER!!! THAT IS SO AWESOME!! they even talked about how they loved the 90s feel of my music and everything!! Very friendly and was patient with my unique needs, having williams syndrome and all (they also knew about it as well!)
