I had a few problems with my True Hearing, hearing aid , they have stepped up the the plate to get the taken care , my last visit was broken wire in the ear pod , and had to be sent out for repairs , they gave me loner to get me through till repairs were made, thank goodness save my day ! In Two weeks they came back , Ali their hearing specialist took good care of resetting them , got my blue tooth set up on my phone ! Thank You Ali , and staff always a pleasure!
