A welcoming environment. Staff are knowledgeable, and kind. Dr. Parellis is interested in how a hearing loss is going to affect your lifestyle and offers solutions. And they are graduates of WVU! Go Mountaineers!

It's funny that I was asked for a review of the service I received during my first visit, yesterday, because I've already recommended AS of WV to my friends. Every single person there was friendly, patient, considerate, and informative. I felt right at home. The testing was more comprehensive, I believe, than what I received previously, elsewhere. It was a very clean environment, and I was addressed in a professional way. I was given a very thorough exam. I had a conversation with a family member and they are looking into a possible same situation and I recommended he contact this office. I was disappointed that prices were not discussed but the range was mentioned. He did his job as though I were the only patient for the day. It was not in a hurried fashion. When I first went to Audiology Services, I knew I was experiencing hearing loss, before getting tested. Michael was really friendly, and made me feel comfortable. I was nervous about getting hearing aids, because of the cost. Michael told me they had a good finance option with a low interest rate. I bought the hearing aids using his finance option, and the payments are affordable.

Dr. Carlee Squires is a joy! She is so professional but very friendly and helpful -- from the moment I walked in the front door until my latest visit today. I felt she cared about me as a person and wanted me to have the best experience possible. I had to try two different devices but this was not a problem. I had a good experience, and wasn't pressured into buying something I didn't need. I was able to try hearing aids, to see what I thought about them. Dr. Carlee even took the time to order me a product to try called an amplifier. I took them home to try them out for a test run. I decided that wouldn't work for me. I am now just set up to keep a yearly check up. She really thought it was a little to soon, for me to get hearing aids, with the type of little hearing loss that I had. The staff are super nice too. I got my hearing aids today, and I had to go through Starkey to be able to get them and nobody treated me any different for being low income and that meant a lot to me. Everybody is so friendly and helpful, Thank You so much Dr.Carlee A Cox Squires you are the greatest :)
