Very professional. We drove 2.5 hours, there was construction and the receptionist talked us through the construction in Parkersburg or we would have never got there. They still did our test even though we ended up being late. Great people who go above and beyond! Highly recommend them.

Took our toddler in to have his hearing evaluated. The staff was very kind and understanding. (We all know toddlers get bored easily) The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice visit, they explained everything to us and never made us feel like we needed to hurry in and hurry out. I’d recommend to anyone! Please give this family owned business your business! They won’t disappoint!
