Very professional staff! I had minimal wait time for my appt. I felt very comfortable with Dr Carlee and her assistants!
The only hearing aid place in 13 years that didn't say call us. The staff and Dr. Michael Squires have communicated with me via Test and Email. a blessing when you are deaf. Earmolds today next appointment will be hearings aids. 😃❤️
I was seen with no waiting by Nicole, who was very professional. She worked with my current hearing aides to correct what was wrong and made sure they met my needs. She also showed me how to use my phone to change volume. Had allowed an hour and was finished well within that time
