I would not want to deal with someone like this that calls themselves a Psychiatrist. From the time we started the session earlier today everything just seemed off. Communication, listening, understanding. It was a struggle with this psychiatrist. From not looking at my chart beforehand the session to know that I was already on medications prescribed from Lifestance, to down right replying “oh all my patients are on medications and doing just fine” I don’t do this or that immediately. NP Audie is awesome, easy to talk to, kind, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Lifestance to my family and friends.
My girlfriend starting having heart issues after taking a medication for two weeks. She called in and reported it to see if she should taper off or stop taking medication all together. NO ONE CALLED but wanted her to have her appointment a week later. She ended up in the ER getting her heart shocked back into place. She then asked to be referred to a different "therapist" and got an appointment with someone that we could not afford without knowing until the day of the appointment. My nurse practitioner is very helpful and patient which is such an amazing quality and exactly what I needed. She is very professional yet personable and gave me the comfort and ease I needed to be able to get the help I needed. Thank you to Ms. Audline Hodnett, an amazing asset to this office.
I really appreciate and enjoy when I have my talks with Dr. Hodnett. She makes me feel better just to see her smile and it makes me smile even when I am feeling rough.
