Hands down best mental health professional I have encountered over the past 10 years. She has been the first to truly listen to my needs and concerns and not just instantly led to filling me with useless and not needed medications. We have worked towards my goals since the beginning and she’s never let myself or herself stray from that. I HIGHLY recommend Audrey if you’re looking for help.

Audrey was prompt and very knowledge. It was nice to feel heard and have direction/plan of action at the end of our visit.
Dr Spears is the first doctor to really listen to me. I think she’s stuck with me for a while because she’s simply amazing. She’s smart and compassionate. I feel like I can share how I’m really feeling and that’s rare for me! I drive from a different city just to see her and that’s also rare for me. If you’re looking for a new doctor, this is the one.
Audrey is the best ! she listens and is so caring ! i feel like it is so easy to speak with her and she wants what’s best for her patients !
