The best apartment I've ever lived in I moved to Durham almost a year ago, and Audubon was my first choice. Out of all the apartments I looked at, I kept coming back to Audubon. FIrst off, the price is so reasonable for what all comes with the unit (washer/dryer and utilities included in the rent for a one bedroom. Water not included in a two bedroom). Audubon Lake Apartment Homes I love living here. Being a newly separated woman. It's safe, well lit, maintenance is always timely. The office staff is great! Beautiful grounds and poole. And a gorgeous duck pond in the middle with a fountain, fitness center and dog friendly. What more could you want at a reasonable price?
Amazing apartment I live in a three bedroom townhouse. It is VERY spacious and PLENTY of storage. The kitchen isn't so big but the rest of the home definitely makes up for it. I've read other reviews that complain about bugs in the apartments. Honestly in the warmer months you might possibly see a few uninvited house guest, but I think that's part of living in NC.
