EVERYTHING... Started with a phone call to Augusta Flooring, Kaye answered the phone and my million questions. She then scheduled a same day visit, and she showed up to measure. Then she consulted with me at the store and helped me decide on this beautiful piece of vinyl 😍. And scheduled my install, a few days out. Then Stephen shows up with his team. Did beautiful work and were so proffessional, kind and easy to communicate with.
Just before Christmas, we discovered a problem with the hardwood flooring that had been installed by another company several years ago. The flooring had been put in too tightly, causing it to wave and buckle along one of the walls. I stopped by Augusta Flooring and Anthony came out the very next day to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate. I want to give Augusta Flooring 4.5 stars, but since Google doesn’t allow half, we’ll settle for 4. Kay worked some magic to get a crew to sand and restain our floors before we moved into the house we just bought. There was a time restraint and we are so grateful that she was able to accommodate our unique needs in a matter of days. Just had some glue down flooring installed. Good pricing on flooring with a decent wear layer. The order arrived quickly and the install guys, Jason and Kaleb were awesome! They had the place looking good after a day's work. Photos are before the quarter round was put down. It looks even better. This is the second job from this store and I have no complaints. In fact, the first flooring job is about 8 years old and it's still in good shape after 3 kids and a small dog. Would definitely recommend.
Mr. Doug was so nice and helpful with assisting us and providing prompt service even during the busy holiday season. Mr. Larry did an incredible, professional job with repairing a patch of carpet in our hallway (the culprit is posted below). The patch is seamless with the rest of the carpet. Both gentlemen were a pleasure to work with. Superb, fast service!
