Excellent customer service and responsiveness. When I got in a jam they where there!
I called the previous week to schedule a Monday delivery of heating oil.I waited all day and even called the office to inquire about the delivery around two o'clock.I spoke to Melanie who said the driver was in the Rome Belgrade area and that it would be a couple more hours but I was assured they hadn't forgotten me.The oil was never delivered.Not only that, everyone left that day without following up to see if it was delivered.This is in my view a decline in the service I have received in the past.
