One of the best companies I've ever done business with. They deliver on time, billing dept. is friendly, they do a great job with pre-buy. Plus, they service my 35 year old *******. I've purchased propane (they installed a big ******), fuel oil and they've installed a little electric baseboard. I've been a customer of *** for 20 years; I am glad to say I've never had an issue with them at any level; I retired and neglected to tell them my fuel requirements would change thus in the winter I ran out of propane; I called and left a message over the week-end; explained my error; that I have oil so a week-end delivery was not necessary even though I could not use my gas stove. We have been doing business with *** for many years - both in this home and in our previous home. We not only get our heating oil from *** but have also utilized their plumbing and electrical services. In our present home we also use propane for our on-demand water heater. We have always found the staff and technicians to be courteous and helpful.
This company is wonderful! Im always treated with respect and a person from the office staff to the person delivering my oil to the maintenance staff when I have questions about the furnace. This agency really goes above and beyond trying to ensure I have heat all the time. Thank you to everyone
