One of the hardest days of my 37 years of living was on march 20th when I had to make a decision to let cooper cross over the doggie rainbow. The staff here was very sympathetic and it meant so much to me!!! I really felt loved during this time and I really appreciate you guys. I cannot thank you enough. Post Coopers crossing, the cremation was very nice as well. Thank you all sooo much. I will be sure to bring my next dog here!
The staff are friendly and helpful. I feel that my pet gets good care, and the vet does not rush. It is obvious to me that she loves her job!
I love Dr. Peterman she takes time for my fur kids only complaint I have is I had my fur kid his nails trimmed and tech missed a few and to charge 27.04 for this is crazy. Dr . Peterman trimmed them and was so patient with him and did a great job
The whole team there is amazing I literally can’t say enough good things. It’s nice to be able to have a vet that will take care of your fur babies. The staff out front, the assistants, the vets. Everyone is amazing. Dr. Kelly is my favorite but I would let any of them see my babies.
We had an emergency with our hedgehog. Your office worked us in late on a Friday. She passed away this weekend but your compassion and kindness meant a lot. You gave us an additional week with her. We thank you very much and look forward to working with you in the future with our future pets. Thank you again so very much. We really felt welcome and that you truly cared.
Dr. Carter has taken care of my Westies and now a cat for about 20 years. She has been there for them and for me through skin allergies, and renal disease. Now if I could just get my cat to lose weight as Dr. Carter recommends, we would be doing good. I definitely would, and have, recommended Dr. Carter and AVAH to others.
Dr. Carter & the staff are so caring & friendly, that it makes the experience easy. They even came to the car & took Dumplyn in & brought her back to us & Dr. Carter came Out & talked to us. I would recommend them to everyone ‼️
Cannot say enough for the doctors and staff. Super is one word to describe Augusta Valley Animal Hospital.
