Today I met with Aura Mena, PMHNP, with whom I have met with before. My appointment ended with me feeling way more anxious, overwhelmed, and helpless. She made feel worse than how I was already feeling, I felt rushed through the whole appointment, and at the end she said she had only booked me for 30 mins and needed to go. I asked her to email or message me more details about something we discussed and she said to just google it. I asked to schedule another appointment but she opposed to seeing me before 2 weeks.
