I came in for an early pregnancy scare and I have never been treated so nicely and intentionally at any medical facility. Dr.Ely, the nurse Matt, and the ultrasound tech were the nicest people I've met in my life. So caring and so thorough in checking for issues and in explanation of all info. They were awesome. Got seen pronto. Pain relieved really, really quickly. Super helpful and friendly staff. Excellent doctor who was gracious with his time in answering our questions. The total charge was so reasonable I could hardly believe it. I had an emergency room experience at a nearby major hospital two months before. The time waited, the service, etc. -- the difference was insane. The major hospital charged me more for "pharmacy services" i.e., one pain pill and one anti-biotic pill, than these guys did for t... read more
Dr. Edwards, Tiffany, Sara, and Brittany were awesome. I came in thanksgiving day morning after dislocating my shoulder again in my sleep. They were awesome. I hope you do not find yourself in a position where you need to go to the ER, but if you do I highly recommend this one. I have been a few times and it’s always been great and little to no wait.
We have been to this urgent care center three times now when we couldn’t get in to see our regular provider and once when my husband’s provider told us they would do better job with his stitches. The staff are professional, the place is very clean, we were seen quickly, and our overall experience was excellent. We’re so glad they’re nearby and available when we need them.
From beginning to end, I was treated to a professional experience The admissions rep JG was quick and had me into the doctor’s room in less than two minutes The nurse (Tiffany) took my vitals and relayed them to Doctor Hung Who, after reviewing my current condition and assessing my symptoms, clearly articulated what I might be experiencing and his recommendations for further testing. I am going home with both knowledge and a comforting feeling. Good job!!
