I am traveling from San Francisco and I slammed my finger in a car door resulting in chopping my fingernail off down to the bone with a bone fracture. I was extremely anxious about needing to go to an ER out of state, but Dr. Dietz, nurse Claudia, the radiology tech Miguel, and admissions rep JG were all absolutely fantastic. Incredible experience the people were all very friendly. The nurse made me laugh and was really sweet. Everyone there was patient and understanding. I went in for a concussion it didn't take long to be seen. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Overall great place wonderful service! If you have an emergency and want to be treated with the utmost care come here!
The staff was very organized, thoughtful, and friendly. The attending physician was careful, thorough, and informative. Other than not taking my insurance, which was out of the facility's hands, I couldn't have been more reassured and pleased with my treatment. Since my PCP doesn't do stitches, this facility was an excellent find. The cost was not unreasonable, and I was very glad not to have to go to an ER to try to get seen. I had a great experience. I am from out of town but had to go due to being extremely sick. From the very start, the staff was amazing. From the front desk (Austin) to the radiologist techs (Lisa and a Miguel), to the nurses (Claudia and Lindsey), to Dr. Cretella. They were all so caring, gentle, and compassionate.
