I came in after a pretty nasty fall down the stairs. My foot was injured and I couldn’t walk. The staff was so friendly, I was seen immediately and my doctor, Dr. Ely, goes down as truly my favorite doctor of all time. She was knowledgeable, kind and hilarious which really helped lighten the mood, as I was embarrassed over the fall and in a lot of pain. This spot will be my go-to ER from now on, night and day experience from every other ER visit in my life.

Wonderful. We came in and the person at the front desk was so polite. He noticed I was trans and instantly was respectful and so kind and relatable about it. He has no idea how much that means to me, as I am always struggling when in hospital settings to be referred to properly. The staff there was excellent. It was very calming. The music in the room was meditative and nice, helping me keep calm during my situation. I really liked coming here, it was much more peaceful than the er. If for any reason you must visit an urgent care facility - this is the one you should choose. My visit earlier this week couldn’t have been more warm, friendly and professional. The staff is amazing.

Dr. Dietz , Claudia, Lisa and JG all wonderful. They understood my concerns and took care of me. I highly recommend Austin Emergency Center. Thanks a million for all the warm blankets.

I arrived and less than 10 minutes my name was called to be seen by the doctor. Dr. Ely was very kind and caring with patient care. The nurses were super attentive to me and gave me everything I needed. I had a great experience at this ER and highly recommend!!
