I had an excellent experience at Austin Emergency Center. From the moment I arrived, the staff was compassionate, attentive, and highly professional. The medical team quickly assessed my condition, provided thorough care, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Ely is an absolute joy! She really listens to the patient and was very informative. Any questions I had she answered. Any test I was wanting to do she let her staff know and they did it. Claudia and Adriana are also awesome and very sweet! They take their time with you which you don’t find anywhere else anymore!
Incredible experience the people were all very friendly. The nurse made me laugh and was really sweet. Everyone there was patient and understanding. I went in for a concussion it didn't take long to be seen. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Overall great place wonderful service! If you have an emergency and want to be treated with the utmost care come here!
Super great staff! I thought they were really attentive and on top of my medical emergency. The facilities felt clean and I was able to get all my lab work/scans done quickly.
I am traveling from San Francisco and I slammed my finger in a car door resulting in chopping my fingernail off down to the bone with a bone fracture. I was extremely anxious about needing to go to an ER out of state, but Dr. Dietz, nurse Claudia, the radiology tech Miguel, and admissions rep JG were all absolutely fantastic.
