They were so professional!! So happy I found them when I felt so bad. I had gone to an urgent care close by that did nothing. So I said let me go see about this ER. The doctor was so helpful and listened to me about my concerns. He immediately came up with his plan of action and later that evening I began to feel somewhat better. This place is the best!! I unfortunately had to go twice in the past 3 weeks and both times they were so kind and understanding and took such wonderful care of me. All of the doctors and staff remembered me the second time even down to what exactly happened, I didn't need to re-explain myself. They were super quick to get me in and the service was quick to get me out just a few hours later. Couldn't speak more highly of the employees and care I received here!

colitis and a bad stomach bug. Ace, Emmanuel, and Dr. Patterson were amazing—extremely attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Priscilla at the front desk was also incredibly kind and thorough. I’m usually hesitant about going to hospitals because I haven’t had great experiences in the past. Most places just give you fluids and send you home. But here, they kept me overnight, monitored me closely, kept me on fluids, and ran all the proper tests. Absolute worst experience at this facility (My son brushed the entire ordeal off as he’s a 21 year old who says Mom, that just how people are... I’m not taking this sort of treatment…From the front desk worker registration (who was the worst of the three individuals involved. She processed the ER copay who failed to say “have a great day or anything!” That was an opportunity to make-up where the new side was missed but no. the nurse Doris was no better, no bedside manners at all. My wife and I have both been to this facility multiple times for multiple things. The staff is great and the service is fast. The place is super clean. I really like the staff. The doctor I have had was awesome quick x-rays in and out easy with insurance highly recommend I’ve lived over in this neighborhood for 20 years and this is my go to spot.
