I have heard many things about the facility but I know you always have to go for yourself. As someone who works in healthcare, I am very grateful for the care they provided me during my time. The nurse who cared from me was so kind and supportive. The doctor listened and really gave me positive feedback and even considered my own advice on my care. If I would have walked outta there I think I would’ve been back ten times worse. Thank you Dr. Waal for caring for me. You are awesome
Hopefully you are never in need of a place like this, but if you are I highly recommend choosing Austin Emergency Center: Riverside. I was immediately taken in and attended to quickly. The staff there were SO nice and were willing to help me with any of my needs. They were caring and kind towards me and truly wanted to see me feel better. The place was clean and well maintained. Thank you team for helping me in my time of need!
I went to this ER twice. I had to bring my husband for a stomach flu he has on Wednesday night, they treated him and he was better next day. I had to come in last night for the same thing and the attention and care I received was beyond amazing. The nurse was the sweetest and very professional at everything she did. Thank you for all your great service!
This place is the BEST!! They are always so quick to help me, I have unfortunately been on a recurring basis due to a chronic issue but the staff is never anything but kind and accommodating. Service is fast and professional and always feels focused on you and not like the doctors attention is being pulled a million different ways. Thank you to everyone at AEC Riverside ❤️
All Austin Emergency Centers are a scam. I’m confused on the positive reviews that these locations receive. If you are in desperate need for medical assistance at late hours of the night then your options are limited. But be aware if you go here they will charge you and your insurance close to 100x rates of other hospitals dude to the stand-alone nature of these facilities.
