My wife and I have both been to this facility multiple times for multiple things. The staff is great and the service is fast. The place is super clean. I really like the staff. The doctor I have had was awesome quick x-rays in and out easy with insurance highly recommend I’ve lived over in this neighborhood for 20 years and this is my go to spot.
Amazing experience!!! Went in for extreme back pain to the point of barely being able to walk, sit or stand. the moment I walked through the doors I was greeted and seen almost immediately. The staff were incredibly patient, helpful and friendly with me. Exactly what I needed at such a scary time. By the time I left the facility not even two hours later I was able to fully walk with little pain and a diagnosis of the issue. 10/10 recommend this place. The whole clinical staff, Nurse, EMT, DR and the front desk person Julie, made me feel so at ease and comfortable the whole visit. I felt so taken care of. I’ll never forget especially Julie how KIND and caring she was even from the moment I left the ER. Truly a special person and the right person to be doing that job! I recommend this ER completely.
First time here and felt very well taken care of. No staff was rushing, all were in good moods aside from the madness going on. Everyone was very caring, professional and took their time with my care. I didn't feel rushed out of there or like my needs weren't being met. Thankful to have went here. Highly recommend
All the staff there were extremely helpful and nice. They were very polite and they explained everything since the beginning. They took the time to hear my concerns and asked many questions. I did not feel rushed out of there. I will absolutely recommend anyone to go there. As I was in the waiting room a rude couple came in and the lady that was injured was very rude and started yelling at the front office staff. The staff handled everything perfectly with her.
