colitis and a bad stomach bug. Ace, Emmanuel, and Dr. Patterson were amazing—extremely attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Priscilla at the front desk was also incredibly kind and thorough. I’m usually hesitant about going to hospitals because I haven’t had great experiences in the past. Most places just give you fluids and send you home. But here, they kept me overnight, monitored me closely, kept me on fluids, and ran all the proper tests. The NICEST thing I can say about the gender-fluid intake worker is that they have a dog. I recommend THEY re-read whatever they were taught at nursing college because THEY are devoid of compassion.i went in ONLY because there had been some sort of HUMAN medical CRISIS at the closest McDonald's involving police and I was quite shaken up. It was "not my circus nor my 🐒🐒🐒" at the Mickey D's and truly all I asked for was to use the restroom. My wife and I have both been to this facility multiple times for multiple things. The staff is great and the service is fast. The place is super clean. I really like the staff. The doctor I have had was awesome quick x-rays in and out easy with insurance highly recommend I’ve lived over in this neighborhood for 20 years and this is my go to spot.
The whole clinical staff, Nurse, EMT, DR and the front desk person Julie, made me feel so at ease and comfortable the whole visit. I felt so taken care of. I’ll never forget especially Julie how KIND and caring she was even from the moment I left the ER. Truly a special person and the right person to be doing that job! I recommend this ER completely.
First time here and felt very well taken care of. No staff was rushing, all were in good moods aside from the madness going on. Everyone was very caring, professional and took their time with my care. I didn't feel rushed out of there or like my needs weren't being met. Thankful to have went here. Highly recommend
