I was visiting Austin when I had to go to the ER with sudden, excruciating pain. I waited until the last possible second because I was terrified of another bad ER experience. To my relief, it was the complete opposite. First, I had the option to check in online before I got there to ensure a shorter wait time. When I got to the waiting room, I was seen almost immediately. I’ve been sick for months because the doctor didn’t want to do her job. Entire staff was extremely rude because I didn’t want to get Covid tested. Been dealing with the same symptoms (unable to breathe) since June when I visited.I was never given any meds I was simply ridiculed for the medicine I was already on and told to leave. When I say I was told to leave I mean that, literally heard the nurse say it to me in a horrible tone. The best staff ever! All around good people I left feeling better just in their positive warm spirits. Thank you for your medical attention. The doctor was a sweetheart.
Dr.Irving the woman that you are!! Came in with shortness of breath. Doc heard me coughing from down the hall and ordered my breathing treatment before even making it in the room. The entire team was so kind, funny, informative and patient. Shoutout to nurse Ace too!! I feel so much safer knowing this place is close by if I have an emergency.
Check-in, nurses, and doctors were very friendly and efficient. Facilities were pristinely clean and wait time was nonexistent. I would highly recommend to others. My issue was investigated thoroughly and diagnosed efficiently to get me back home to my family.
