Get directionsDr. Ely was AMAZING! She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind hearted and has such a warm presence about her. The entire staff was extremely helpful and supportive. I felt truly taken care of during my visit. Nurses Amy and Drew were very friendly and caring, Kasey was super kind, and the admissions rep Katie answered all of my questions and concerns. Definitely recommend this place! 5 out of 5 stars.
Great experience. The facility is very nice, and everyone I encountered seemed to truly care. I was in an uncomfortable spot and had to stay overnight, but the nurses Drew and Kaitlin were very nice and accommodating, and the technician, Michelle was so warm and funny. Dr Phillips in particular went above and beyond to explain my next steps in treatment several times. All in all a great experience for a potentially scary situation.
I had a crazy hand injury late on a Monday & ran into Austin Emergency center & they were GREAT!! It’s a big, modern facility and staffed with friendly & smart nurses & super great Docs. I had to have a bunch of stitches in my finger & Dr. Boem took her time & talked me through every step of the way. I sure HOPE I don’t have to come back to the ER, but if I do, this is where I’m coming. You guys ROCK!!

They requested a stool sample for testing, but I couldn’t provide one that same day. They told me I could bring it in within a few days if I wanted it tested. Two days later, I was still experiencing diarrhea along with other mild symptoms, so I retu... read more
