Paul is a true professional. He told me what to expect, sent me text messages to let me know when he's on he's way (which I always appreciate), and he even suggested what type of treatment to use on my wall to make sure it doesn't get damaged in the process. I have my own power wash machine and if it were me, I would have just put it on full blast! I'm glad I didn't, and that my common sense kicked in to have a professional do the job right.
