I would say my home buying experience was a 2 out of 5 stars. Lots of things went wrong, dates got pushed back consistently, I had to pay lots extra to solve the issues created by funding AND after moving in there were several issues that I found that were created by the people prepping the house. Like installing new fridge, the washer and dryer donāt workā¦ all of this isnāt the lenders fault but the team as a whole left me wanting more from my next home buying experience.Ā
