The Lockhart Telco branch has some of the best customer service I’ve come across at ATFCU. Elizabeth the assistant manager went above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs. She was patient and kind. The other tellers always thoroughly explain any questions I have. Even my elderly grandmother enjoys visiting the branch and never feels rushed. Glad to give my banking business to Lockhart’s Telco branch!

If you’re considering Austin Telco Federal Credit Union — any branch, any location — let this be your warning. This isn’t a “bad employee” or “one branch” issue. Our experience made it very clear that the problems run much deeper than that. We happened to deal with staff at the Lockhart, TX branch — Supervisor Elizabeth P. and Branch Manager Wanda — and that was enough to show exactly how little Austin Telco Federal Credit Union values its members. If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Everytime we would set something up they wouldn't have a record of it the next time. I am closing both accounts and will never do business with them again.
