Had a auto loan thru them where i had been paying up to 2 years. Due to recent financial straits - I wanted to refinance the rest of the loan to make lower payments to help me out. I was declined yet am expected to continue to make the larger car payments. I really thought the credit union would take my earnest attempt to work things out. Very disappointed with their service and lack of understanding.
Wanted to get my auto loan refinanced. Did the online application. After few days, I got a call from "kimberly" and as I was working requested for a callback however that was the last time I was able to speak to them. Trued many times to call n if I was able to get someone from customer care, I was told she is busy and will be getting a call back. Which I Never Did. Most of the time the number in Google never gets answered. Weird that they are not interested or just don't have sticky notes I guess
They pulled my credit to get a rate but then informed me they won't deal with tesla after dinging my credit. I have been a customer for many years but at this point I will not longer be working with them since they refuse to do any title work.
They need to close this location down, no use for it. Employees are literally playing solitaire while at work. Also the system is “down” too often Last two time I went in to withdraw cash I couldn’t.
I accidentally left DL with teller and they called a month later to inform and offered to mail it...! "Better late than never," that's what I say! I got it within a week. It was complimentary in that is kind of a big deal. The price of postage these days is akin to highway robbery! Lol jk. Another one of the great institutions w/ impeccable services & superb staff offered by the ATX! Thanks, y'all!
