Need a more robust Website . It is always down. As a customer, the hours outside of branch hours are the most needed times for the online services to be operational. Unfortunately, this is usually when the app goes down or does not function

Based on my firsthand experience, I would not recommend this credit union to anyone looking for transparency, responsiveness, or customer-focused service. I call Saturday to see if they have a Notary Public working. After a five minute hold I'm told yes. I drive down there and am told to wait in the lobby for the manager. No problem. There's a man doing nothing behind a desk in the lobby, just left of the entrance. He's wearing a blue Austin Telco T-shirt and short pants. As I'm waiting he begins singing and tapping his foot on the tile floor. The bank is pretty quiet. I find him quite annoying. I get up and stand near the teller line to get away from him.
