I've seen Dr. Wade for my elderly cat a few times now. She is incredibly patient and a great listener. I appreciate that whenever my cat gets testing done, I get a phone call from her and not just an email with results so I can discuss best options for my cat and have the opportunity to express concerns. All of the staff at Austin Vet Hospital are super friendly and helpful! Thank you!
The Austin Vet Hospital is truly an amazing experience. First, they are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling an appointment. It is a very easy process. Secondly, I go to the Austin Vet Hospital once a year for an annual check up for my dog. Everyone who works there is very caring and ensures to make the experience as pleasant as possible for my dog. I’m fairly new to Austin Vet Hospital and have brought my Great Pyrenees mix in a few times for severe mobility issues. Dr. Kittell has been very kind and gentle, taking the time to walk me through all of my options with complete transparency about costs. It feels like every one that works there really cares, and thanks to them I truly feel like we've found our new vet home!

What a great experience! The tech, Giselle, and Dr. Somers were professional and positive about my somewhat uncooperative cats. They quickly, efficiently, and confidently managed my hissing female cat to perform the exam and administer vaccinations without stressing her out more. The staff were kind and helped me carry these big kitties in the clinic and back to my car. So nice, so pleasant. I’m glad to have access to this clinic for my kitties’ health needs.
