Bad experience. Billing office did not run our services through our new insurance that I emailed them. They billed me over $2000 without billing insurance first. Tried calling billing department multiple times and just get a voicemail that said voicemail is full. Other employees not helpful. Do not recommend this therapy company at all.
I want to thank Doris R for the work she did with my son. We are very happy. This girl is excellent at what she does, and despite him being her first client, she did an incredible job. She knows that her position is still available at my house. Her performance over time was amazing. 🫂
