Be smart and do your research before shopping here I was gonna buy a car there, then I started to read the reviews. I called anyway, and boy they the reviews right. I started asking questions about what people were saying. I asked about one Jeep, and he said it’s not running I can pay to get it fix by them. I said what, I never heard of that. Not A reliable Dealership. rotten lemons sold here A vehicle that can’t be test drive should never be look at with interest. Simply look around and you will see reviews are like restaurants grades C, u will not eat in a dirty kitchen. Avoid this place and all that is promises. lies lies lies Lies, lies, lies. I had so many issues and visits I heard lots of people complaining. Deposits are not refundable. Read the agreement. Don would rather get sued than refund a lemon. Contact NYS DMV safety to file complaints and fill out their form. NYS AG office also takes complaints, and if you have issues contact them both. update standard reply about eating by getting people to review before really understanding how you operate means nothing. Terrible Experience This dealer is terrible, once your targeted to the purchase they don’t want to deal with you. When I had problems with the Jeep I purchased they wouldn’t pick up got transfer to then be put on hold for no one pick up. Avoid this place at all cost, invest and do your research on something reliable. Had nothing but problem after problem not what I was promised by them. Simply terrible save your time and money better see them in person ask for a test ride see the junk they selling.
Worst dealership on the planet… Bought Jeep WJ with more problems than can be counted. This place takes parts from other vehicles on site to build what you’re buying. Don’t bother, these guys play the game to make a sale. Save your money and time and go to a real dealership that will make sure you’re happy with your purchase. Honest dealers want you to refer them to your friends and family. This place I wouldn’t even refer my worst enemy. Surprised they’re still open.
Save yourself and your money, don’t go here… Purchased an 04 Jeep WJ back in December. Was originally going for a Patriot, but of course it was “just sold” and shown a WJ in the back area they just got. Note the vehicles out front look more ready than the ones in the back. They take parts from one Jeep to build up what you’re buying. Got the WJ and it’s 8 months and Codes 301, 303, 351, 352, 1391 come up. Taking it to my mechanic again to be worked on.
