Don't waste your time if you're not local to them. After countless attempts to reach out to this dealership, it's been made more than obvious they have no interest in speaking to a serious buyer online. Not everyone interested is local. They do not update their website The cars shown online for great deals are not there. I saw 3 jeeps that were well priced. I made the 2-hour drive to find out all 3 cars were sold already. I talked to someone before going but they did not confirm if the vehicles were there. It's been a week and still on website. It's either they don't update or leave them up as bait to attract customers. They showed me similar cars but they were more expansive.
Bad customer service!!! I’ve been calling and emailing this company for two weeks. I live in Arizona and I’m trying to buy a jeep from them than fly cross country pick it up and drive it home. When I called they put me on hold and never get back to me. When I send emails they never respond. Why do you even advertise your car is nationwide up on cars.com if you’re not gonna respond to your customers!!!
They advertise the best jeeps in the marjet and in They are big-time liars and deceivers they do not stand behind their product in anyway save yourself from the nightmare this place will give you after you stuck with one of there many lemons !!
Jeep still advertised for months after being sold. I do not usually write reviews. I called in mid-February about a Jeep I was interested in seeing. I was informed that it was sold. It is currently mid-May and the same Jeep is still being advertised. Not a nice move.
Lemonade sale Bought a 2000 jeep cherokee from this place in July. They promised for $500 down payment that they would totally rejuvenate the jeep I wanted. All lies, my fault for falling for it, but you don’t have to. The car wasn’t ready on the day they told us to pick it up. Or the second day they told us to pick it up. Super rude and concerning. Not so fast They did not have any of the Jeeps listed on the site at the dealership. However, they did have one that fit my needs. They said they would go through it and give it anything it needed - they did not. 1. Very shortly after purchasing (less than 100 miles), the engine light came on. Jeep needed a new coil. They did supply that at their cost. I installed it. Light came back on. I changed all the spark plugs at my cost - I did not ask them for reimbursement on those. Hoping the light stays off. 2.
