Absolutely terrible Absolutely terrible. Dealing with this place was such a lousy experience, I would never do it again or recommend it to anyone. It's really a shame that I can't give less than one star. The salesman was rude and sarcastic, and not a pleasant person. Skip this place Bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee there. They say they put it on the lift and check everything out once you leave a deposit( which is weird why wasn’t this done before?) Anyway I went to pick the car up and they said everything was fine. I take it to my mechanic and he says the car should not have been sold like that. The undercarriage was completely rotted, the Front left stabilizer link is broken from bracket that is located with the front diff and it needs rear upper control arms. Very sad I buy a-lot of cars over the internet, 1st they bring you in with out dated add's, they put me on hold and then after 4 min. line went dead, 2nd call on 3 other units they told me they would get back to me and never did after 3 days called them back on 4 units and same story , all sold and put me on hold to check on a 5th unit and after about 7 min the line went dead. bad customer service call to get information regarding a car I saw online and the guy the spoke to me couldn't even say his name and wasn't able to answer my original question which was..... Insulting Sales Staff Looking for a used Jeep for our daughter. Drove to the lot to see what the self proclaimed "best selection of used jeeps" lot had to offer. First, lot is small with no customer parking. While walking around the lot we were approached by Clifford who walked around sipping on a coffee and trying to make small talk. Could never talk to a live person I wanted to make sure the car I was looking for was still available or they would have one similar before I drove the long distance. I called for 3 days straight every hour on the hour an NEVER SPOKE TO A LIVE PERSON.. I've left messages after messages and no response I'm extremely disappointed and I'm now looking elsewhere.
Always sold Contacted them for several cars advertised and always sold already. Cars are still on website as I write this....
