Don the owner is a professional con artist Went shopping for a used jeep. Got bad vibes from Don, but I needed a car since I am a college student & work full time. Get the liberty, not even 3 miles down 25 it starts smoking-caliper issue. The brakes were supposed to be redone before I left the lot. Go back, wait 4 hours for them to replace the one side. you bought a 15 year old jeep with over 100,000 miles on it at the time engine and transmission are under a 30-day warranty from us showing their are no pre-existing problems, and as far as the brake caliper goes we've replaced it at no charge to you. we can only guarantee the major components of a vehicle, as you can see from other reviews most customers are satisfied with our services, unfortunately with 15 year old used cars we cannot predict problems that may occur a year later.
Worst Used dealership Worst used dealership I've ever purchased a car from. Should have used my better judgement from reading other reviews, but son saw Jeep he really really liked. Absolutely terrible Absolutely terrible. Dealing with this place was such a lousy experience, I would never do it again or recommend it to anyone. It's really a shame that I can't give less than one star. The salesman was rude and sarcastic, and not a pleasant person. We bought a used Grand Cherokee, and as soon as it made it home the check engine light came on. The next day the starter died. The dealer pretty much said it was our issue to fix. Skip this place Bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee there. They say they put it on the lift and check everything out once you leave a deposit( which is weird why wasn’t this done before?) Anyway I went to pick the car up and they said everything was fine. I take it to my mechanic and he says the car should not have been sold like that. The undercarriage was completely rotted, the Front left stabilizer link is broken from bracket that is located with the front diff and it needs rear upper control arms. Very sad I buy a-lot of cars over the internet, 1st they bring you in with out dated add's, they put me on hold and then after 4 min. line went dead, 2nd call on 3 other units they told me they would get back to me and never did after 3 days called them back on 4 units and same story , all sold and put me on hold to check on a 5th unit and after about 7 min the line went dead. Insulting Sales Staff Looking for a used Jeep for our daughter. Drove to the lot to see what the self proclaimed "best selection of used jeeps" lot had to offer. First, lot is small with no customer parking. While walking around the lot we were approached by Clifford who walked around sipping on a coffee and trying to make small talk.
