terrible i saw a jeep wrangler on their website that i wanted to buy. i called numerous times and left a message everytime i called. never called me back. when i did finally get someone on the phone, the salesman told me they didnt have any wranglers on the lot. not very professional.
Don't buy from this dealership They never responded to my cars.com inquiry. When I called them about the Grand Cherokee I was looking at the salesman was rude and told me we sell so many cars the ones on the internet are sold before we post them. He wanted me to go there and pick out what he had on the lot. I explained I was 80 miles away and wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting my time and all he could do to help me was to say "when your ready come in and we will find you something". Horrible They never even contacted me back about the vehicle that I was interested in
Anyone who says they had a good experience is a Fr I didn't haggle over 6 grand for a jeep. Did the right thing.... Car leaking anti freeze. Passenger window doesn't work oh and when I put on the right blinker I bright ppl.... Cars within 30 day warranty they had it since last Monday. Rude on the phone if you anger they. It's SUNDAY. NO ONE HAS PICKED UP OR CALLED ME ON THE STATUS ON MY CAR. NOT ONCE IN 6 days. I work 7 days a week. And now the mail box is full. Dissapinted This place is a joke. We bought a Jeep grand Cherokee from them and it has been a piece of junk from day one I should have known better judging by their parking lot full of jeeps with all flat tires it looks like a junkyard they offer a 30 day warranty but do not honor it trying to get a callback is just a joke This place is horrible if you're in the market for a jeep bypass auto Expo actually run very quickly
Not what I was expecting Checked out this dealer on line, he shows MANY XJ jeeps, the ones on the lot are junk! Except for 1 or 2, he does have a lot of grand Cherokees but not close to what is advertised as the XJ's go. I drove an hour to browse the lot. After. Trying to get me into a grand Cherokee I decide (to myself) I'll go elsewhere. As another couple came in, he dropped me like a bad habit!
Bait and switch There were multiple Trucks I was looking at online everytime I asked about one they said it was gone. After calling they told me to put in a credit app for the one I was looking at. After running the credit app they told me the truck was no longer avalable but that they could put me in a newer truck. I did not want a newer truck I wanted the one I was looking at. Not impressed with this dealer or any dealer on cars.com Does the words bait and switch mean anything???
Inaccurate information on cars.com They had so many cars listed on cars.com that they didn't actually have in stock. It was very misleading. Make sure to look at their inventory on their website before visiting the dealership.
