Inaccurate information on cars.com They had so many cars listed on cars.com that they didn't actually have in stock. It was very misleading. Make sure to look at their inventory on their website before visiting the dealership.

Unsatisfactory Went to this dealer this past weekend. Nobody came out of the office to assist. The lot looked like a junkyard. There are way too many vehicles in the lot. Just by viewing this type of appearance makes me wonder whether I trust this dealer.
No carfax No call backs I called about a 2001 Lexus IS-300 they had for sale. I spoke to the manager Cliff he told me he had to get the car ready before I came down, he said he had to drive the car for 30 miles or so and it would take a few hours to get it ready. I told him the only reason you would have to drive the car would be to clear the computer after you clear any engine lights that would be on, so then you could inspect it. Not satisfied Pros: there were many jeeps and SUVs on the lot. Cons: vehicles can't be test driven until after you leave a deposit which $195 is non refundable and was said to be used for inspection of the vehicle before you (the buyer) can test drive it. Red flag! I never encountered that from a dealership in the past. You won't get your vehicle the same day because they need to test drive and maintaneance it first. Don't waste your time.. Just returned from their lot, it seems that every car I was interested in had conveniently "just been sold about a week ago." I listed off about 8 cars from this site and not one of them were actually there. He has a ton of (very dirty) Grand Cherokees and tried to tell me that Cherokees are selling so fast... Then why do you have a million of them?? So as the title says, don't waste your time. Chances are the car you're interested is had just been sold about a week ago!
does anyone check there email?????? I tryed for a week to get in touch with someone about 2 different jeeps that they had n I got no answer I kept emailing them but got no response very disappointed..I didn't want to wate my time by going there n them not having the jeep on the lot or them be close....they should look into paying someone to answer the phone n check email. .
Anybody home? I really loved the selectionselection and was eager to purchase, but emailed the dealer and never got a response.
poor control of website I called on several cars that had been listed on the website for three months and was told they were sold. They should have been removed. I also emailed to check availability of inventory with no reply. Poor customer relations.
