I had a great experience here. Michael was awesome! They got me right in, fixed my windshield, and even gave me a loaner car to use in the meantime. They told me it would take 4 hours and it only took 2. Quick, easy, quality work. I would definitely do business with them again! Thank you Michael and team!
Michael and Larry did an excellent job at explaining everything and took care of me like family. I got a new windshield within a day and fixed my peeling fin on my trunk.
This is our 3rd time at Auto One in the past year or so and all have been great experiences. Most recent was a window tint job and wow it turned out perfect! It was easy to schedule an appointment, they got me right in, vehicle was ready when promised, and I even got a phone call when it was done. Larry is the best! Very kind, professional, friendly, and easy to work with. This is customer service at its best! I will definitely be referring others!
Customer service could’ve been better. Car remote key battery was weak but was not changed, now I’m forced to pay for a battery which should have been included in my service. When speaking on the phone regarding a question that I had, Michael’s tone was very rude, and was interrupted several times.
Great staff. Fair price on every thing. Manager will actually take the time and explain everything to you. They treat you with respect
