This is our 3rd time at Auto One in the past year or so and all have been great experiences. Most recent was a window tint job and wow it turned out perfect! It was easy to schedule an appointment, they got me right in, vehicle was ready when promised, and I even got a phone call when it was done. Larry is the best! Very kind, professional, friendly, and easy to work with. This is customer service at its best! I will definitely be referring others!
Customer service, workmanship, professionalism, prices, understanding, integrity, respect, cleanliness, customer appreciation are all top notch. They were clearly busy when another lady (a repeat customer) and I walked in without appointments, two hours before closing. Wonderful workmanship, Affordable, customer oriented! A few weeks ago, I noticed a crack in my windshield, a week before that I guess the stone that hit my windshield actually did damage, but we never noticed it because it was on the darkened area behind the mirror. I didn’t think it was any big deal to replace it until I found out all the computer, safety features are now in the windshield. I was referred to them by my dealership as well as another source.
