I found this company on ****** and gave them a call to see about getting a gas fireplace insert repaired for my elderly parents because they are without power and refuse to leave their home. From Sam who took my call to the tech, Bill, that came out, it was a great experience. They were able to get their quickly and repair it very affordably. Annual AC Spring Cleaning + HVAC Filtration Diagnosis Michael was on time, very professional, and exceeded my expectations for the work he performed--this is the level of service I've received with every visit from Automatic. He was more than respectful of the property, thoroughly disassembled and cleaned my condenser, removed and cleaned the electronic cartridges from my ionizing filtration system and performed an analysis of operational problems with that device.
Quick repairs. Did a great job! Would highly recommend this company! Very respectful of my house by putting shoe covers on and wore masks at all times. Jared was very friendly!
I have used Automatic Heating and Air for service for over 15 years. Today Chris came out and repaired a leak in my guest bathroom. Chris was very professional and explain what the issue was along with repair recommendations and cost. I will continue to use this business. I always recommend this business for HVAC service.
Jared and Kris moved two gas lines in my laundry room today, including dealing with tight spaces and the attic. They did a fantastic job. This is my second time working with the folks at Automatic--and I will again when I need HVAC or plumbing help. I cannot recommend them enough.
Very Professional from start to finish Shelby was very knowledgeable about the units prices/features and exuded top notch customer service. It was the best company hands down in Memphis that I have had to deal with. Kudos to Shelby! The Install guys were on time, nice and kept us updated on status and were very pleasant attitudes. They both were skilled and professional and answered any questions. Can't go wrong with this company!
