I called Automatic yesterday for assistance with a water heater that stopped working. I explained that I had received a shocking estimate from another company and that I needed another opinion. She squeezed me into Kris' schedule for the same day. He arrived within two hours and gave me a reasonable estimate for replacement and I asked him do the job. He and a coworker arrived this morning--on time--and completed the work (remove/replace water heater, remove/relocate flue to bring it up to code) in about 3 hours.**These g... read more

I have gone through many HVAC companies over the years and this is by far the best in my opinion. Their pricing was well below the other 3 quotes I got from competitors, and they were very professional in the installation and walking me through aspects I might not have even thought about. They didn't push up-sales and even talked me out of some things that I thought I needed when it was apparent it would not help in my setup.
