These guys did a fantastic job on my mustang. I took it in because of a coolant leak they replaced the water pump & my serpentine belt for a good price. I got lucky I took it in one day and got it back the next day I know that may not be the case for every situation it basically depends on your car issue and their schedule. Two year warranty on the parts so overall I will be a returning customer. Thanks for being honest and transparent.
I had an issue with my 2015 Nissan Altima and need to replace both my Rear Brake rotor and pads. Brian was clear and gave a fair range when giving a quote. When I brought my car he checked the gauge and said front brakes are ok and dont need to be changed. He and his team quickly worked on my car and finished the work before the estimated time. I have known the owner (Brian) for years. I met him when he was at Steve’s in El Cerrito. Steve’s shop was one of the best! They were honest, they treated you well and Brian obviously took this excellent customer service with him to his new shop! I found out about it when I called Steve’s for an appointment and was told that Brian was no longer there because he had his own shop. I am so glad that they were kind enough to tell me where he was. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here! My 2015 Accord was stalling immediately after startup and Brian had it back up and running within a single business day. He was super kind, informative, communicative - all of the adjectives and superlatives in the other great reviews are well-deserved.
