Honestly this particular Maserati dealership is very neutral when it comes to taking care of customers. I have been visiting this store multiple times in the past few years, every time I come here I get either no attention or no interest from the sales. This includes their service department (virtually no customer service and loaners exist). The front desk is just for show, it's empty 99% of the time. Brought my grandfathers Quattroporte to these people after a month of exchanging emails in regard to my problem, and it’s simple: I explained that the plastic key physically broke, and the spare doesn’t work as it needs to be re-coded to start the car. Why one would ever have to spend $300 to get their own spare coded to start their vehicle is beyond me, but besides the point. I found the perfect truck for me on a Thursday afternoon- I live almost 2 hours away, but after calling and speaking to Kyle, I headed down to what was sure to be a late night to see this vehicle and make it mine! The staff was awesome, the dealership beautiful, and everyone stayed late to make sure we got me into my new truck and safely on my way! The people at this dealership do not make you feel like you are purchasing a car. It is not a high-pressure experience as with most dealerships. They will spend all the time with you looking at vehicles and answering questions without ever being concerned about whether you are a real buyer.
