The reason why I have been so happy with this dentist office. First, the personal are very polite and professional with their customers. A couple of weeks ago I had a appt with Dr.Cho. His team Esmi and Gigi were very good with setting up the procedures for the doctor. During the time when I was getting injected with the needle. Gigi were keeping me comfort by rumbling my shoulder during the procedure. She went beyond her duty to make sure that I was comfort and okay. I searched and did my homework before calling "Autumn Family Dentistry" to have them work on my detached crown. Dr. Cho with his assitant Ms. Gigi worked on attaching back my crown. They did a fantastic job. They are very pleasant to meet, very caring and detail oriented, and I am very happy with their work. The place is extremely clean and is equipped with the latest technology, and they all are very personable.
First time visiting and was very pleasantly impressed by the entire staff and experience. Dr. Cho is very skilled, knowledgeable and patient in explaining treatment plan and options. His assistant Gigi, was likewise, very skilled, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Overall, a great contrast and refreshing change from the big corporate dentist I had been seeing.
Pretty sure I found my forever dentist! I’ve been there twice now and I love coming here! The staff is nice great with appointment reminders. I think the hygienist Kayla, who’s super nice and sweet, remembered me from my first visit 6 months ago. Absolutely love her and Dr Cho is very informative and answers any questions I have. 10/10 recommend !
Our family loves AFD! Gigi is the kindest and best assistant I have come across. Both of my kids appreciate her patience and gentle demeanor. My youngest is on the spectrum and she took her time and went the extra mile to make him feel comfortable. It’s rare you find mindful and kind service like this! Thank you, Gigi and AFD!
